(a)	The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 81 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “no stopping or standing” zones, where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times:
1.	In Union County:
	i. In the City of Elizabeth:
(1)	No stopping or standing along both sides:
	(A) Between the New Jersey Turnpike Authority/New Jersey Department of Transportation jurisdictional line and Route US 1&9 (approximate mileposts 0.5 and 1.2).
