(a) Turning movements for the certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 29 described in this subsection are hereby regulated as follows:

i. In the City of Lambertville:
(1) No U-Turns for vehicles over 4 tons in both directions of traffic:
(A) Between the southerly West Amwell Township-Lambertville City corporate line and Route NJ 179 (Bridge Street) (approximate mileposts 18.07 to 18.89).
