I-287 to close for brief periods
The New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) today announced that I-287 northbound will be subject to 15 minute closures for bridge work from September 17 to 20, 1996. The closures will occur in the Borough of Far Hills where I-287 goes under Far Hills Road-Liberty Corner Road (County Route 512; Milepost 24.4) from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM each night. The closures will occur on an hourly basis.
The State Police will be at the site for traffic control. Motorists are encouraged seek alternate routes.
