NJDOT to discuss I-9
interchange improvements in Mercer County
The New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) will hold a public information center to discuss I-95 interchange improvements at Route 31 and Scotch Road in Hopewell and Ewing townships, Mercer County.
The information center will be held on Monday, December 9, 1996, at the Ewing Township Municipal Building, Community Room, 2 Municipal Drive, Ewing Township, from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
The information center will allow residents an opportunity to view preliminary reconstruction plans for both interchanges. The project is being advanced by NJDOT within the context of the Mercer County Transportation Development District Plan for the I-95/295 corridor. The estimated combined cost for the improvement of both interchanges is estimated at $26 million. NJDOT will seek federal funding for the final design and construction of the project.
