John J. Haley, Jr.on HOV lanes
"The Department is currently reviewing HOV lanes and we intend to complete this review by the end of the year. Hours of operation, length of the HOV lanes and whether the reverse HOV lanes on I-287 and I-80 should remain are all matters under review. It has always been our position that timely decision-making on the future of these lanes is in the best interest of the public and we will do everything we can to meet this goal."
