I-80 Westbound in Morris County
Remains Closed Through Friday Evening Rush
The westbound lanes of I-80, near Exit 39 in Denville, will remain closed through the Friday evening rush hour as NJDOT and its emergency contractors continue to make repairs to the roadway.
Traffic is being diverted off I-80 at Exit 42 in Parsippany-Troy Hills and following Route 46 westbound back to I-80.
Route 10 and I-78 are alternative travel options.
Information is being posted on highway overhead signs and roadside variable message boards. Information can also be heard on NJDOT Highway Advisory Radio at 530-AM.
The highway will re-open to traffic as soon as possible.
