Signed The Following Transportation Legislation Today

A-3241, sponsored by Assemblymen Joseph Malone (R-Burlington/Monmouth/Ocean) and Alex DeCroce (R-Essex/Morris/Passaic), modifies the State's graduated driver licensing (GDL) law, which became effective January, 2001. The bill also enhances the responsibilities of the State's private driving schools and their instructors and increases standards for operation of these driving schools.
