NJDOT Proposes to Readopt and
Amend Regulations Pertaining to Autobuses
The New Jersey Division of Motor Vehicles has proposed to readopt with amendments regulations pertaining to autobuses.
Regulations in New Jersey are subject to readoption every five years.
The Division of Motor Vehicles’ regulatory proposal was published in the April 1, 2002 issue of the New Jersey Register. Copies of the regulatory proposal may be obtained by mail from the Division of Motor Vehicles, 225 East State Street, P.O. Box 162, Trenton, New Jersey 08666-0162; or by telephone at (609) 777-1407.
The public has until May 31, 2002, to comment on the Division of Motor Vehicles’ regulatory proposal. Comments should be directed to Lino F. Pereira, Acting Director, Division of Motor Vehicles, Attention: Legal Staff, 225 East State Street, P.O. Box 162, Trenton, New Jersey 08666-0162.
