NJDOT to hold public meeting on
proposed
wireless antenna facility in Dover Township
The New Jersey Department of Transportation will hold a public meeting to discuss a proposed wireless communications facility to be installed on state property along Route 37 in Dover Township, Ocean County.
The meeting will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2002, at 7:00 pm in the Dover Township Municipal Building, Council Chambers, 33 Washington Street, Toms River (Dover Township), NJ.
The proposed wireless facility consists of a 150 foot high antenna located on a flagpole at the NJDOT Maintenance Yard on Route 37 in Dover Township.
The purpose of the meeting is to provide interested citizens and local officials with an opportunity to review the details involved with the location, construction and operation of the proposed facility and to solicit comment. NJDOT representatives, and representatives of Sprint PCS, builder and operator of the proposed facility, will be on hand to answer questions.
