NJDOT to make improvements to the Beverwyck
Road park and ride lot over the next two weekends
The New Jersey Department of Transportation will be repaving and landscaping the Beverwyck Road park and ride lot in Parsippany over the next two weekends.
This work will require the temporary closure of the lot during both weekends. The lot will close on Friday, November 8, at 9:00 p.m. and re-open during the evening of Sunday, November 10. The lot will close again on Friday, November 15, at 9:00 p.m. and re-open Sunday evening, November 17.
Commuters should use the park and ride lot at the nearby Arlington Plaza Shopping Center, located on Route 46, approximately 0.5 miles to the east of the Beverwyck lot.
Any vehicles that remain in the Beverwyck lot after the closure will be towed at the owner’s expense. The $325,000 project is funded by the Transportation Trust Fund. Statewide Highway Safety, Inc., of Hammonton, NJ is the contractor.
