New Jersey Maritime Pilot and Docking Pilot Commission proposes
amendments and new rules to existing regulations

a regulatory structure for a new class of pilots, docking pilots.
The
proposed rule appeared in the May 16, 2005 issue of the New
Jersey Register . The public has until July 15, 2005
to comment on the proposal. Persons wishing to comment
on the proposal must provide their comments in writing to Timothy

Pilot Commission, One Penn Plaza East, 9 th Floor, Newark, NJ
