NJDOT proposing to amend rules on Air Races, Meets and Exhibitions
(Trenton) - The New Jersey Department of Transportation is proposing to amend N.J.A.C. 16:59, Air Races, Meets, and Exhibitions. This chapter governs the conduct and operation of air races, air meets and aerial exhibitions in this State.
The proposed rule appears in the September 4, 2012 issue of the New Jersey Register. The public has until November 3, 2012 to comment on the proposal. Persons wishing to comment on the proposal must provide their comments in writing to Miriam Weeks, Administrative Practice Officer, NJ Department of Transportation, P.O. Box 600, Trenton, NJ 08625-0600. Faxes may be sent to (609) 530-3841. Comments must be postmarked or sent by telefacsimile on or before November 3, 2012 which is the close of the 60-day public comment period.
Comments submitted to the Department on the proposed rulemaking are public records and are available for public inspection by appointment during normal Department business hours.
