Interstate 195 westbound ramp closure

Tree-trimming and guide rail repair work will require connection to Route 130 northbound to be closed for four hours Tuesday night
(Trenton) - NJDOT maintenance and operations crews will be engaging in a coordinated tree-trimming and guide rail repair effort along the Interstate 195 westbound ramp to Route 130 northbound on Tuesday, July 2 in Hamilton, Mercer County.
To create a safe and efficient work zone along this ramp, the connection will be closed to motorists between 8 p.m. and 12 a.m. (midnight) – weather permitting.
• Interstate 195 westbound motorists destined for Route 130 northbound will be directed to take the ramp for Route 130 southbound to the ramp for I-195 eastbound to the ramp for Route 130 northbound.
• Signage, including the use of Variable Message Signs on I-195, will be in place to notify motorists of the closure and detour.
Trimming back overgrown foliage and repairing damaged guide rail along New Jersey state highways and ramps are essential safety components of the ‘Clean Up NJ’ campaign.
