to amend rules on
Aeronautical Investigation and Enforcement
(Trenton) – The New Jersey Department of Transportation is proposing to readopt with amendments N.J.A.C. 16:60, Aeronautical Investigation and Enforcement. This chapter outlines the specific steps to be followed in reporting aircraft accidents, incidents and forced landings, and delineates the State’s responsibilities for assistance in such events and investigations.
The proposed amendments appear in the November 17, 2014 issue of the New Jersey Register. The public has until January 16, 2015 to comment on the proposal. Persons wishing to comment on the proposal must provide their comments in writing and may do so using any one of a variety of delivery options, including a new online comment form. Send comments to:
