Department of Transportation proposing notice
of substantial changes upon adoption to
proposed new rules on Vegetation Canopy Management
(Trenton) -The New Jersey Department of Transportation is proposing notice of substantial changes to the proposed new rules at N.J.A.C. 16:41F, Vegetation Canopy Management. These rules establish standards for the management of vegetation within State highway ROW under the jurisdiction or control of the New Jersey Department of Transportation, through a Vegetation Canopy Management (VCM) plan.
The notice appears in the April 20, 2015 issue of the New Jersey Register. The public has until June 19, 2015 to comment on the proposal. Persons wishing to comment on the proposal must provide their comments in writing and may do so using any one of a variety of delivery options, including a new online comment form. Send comments to:
