(Trenton) - The New Jersey Department of Transportation is proposing notice of amendment and new rules at N.J.A.C. 16:25A, Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Standards.
The proposal was published in the March 7, 2016 issue of New Jersey Register at 48 N.J.R. 390(a). The comment period ends on May 6, 2016.
