Department of Transportation proposing
amendments and new rules on the
Licensing of Aeronautical Activities
(Trenton) - The New Jersey Department of Transportation is proposing notice of amendment and new rules at N.J.A.C. 16:55, Licensing of Aeronautical Activities. These rules govern aeronautical activities required to be licensed in the State of New Jersey. The activities are generally conducted at locations away from an airport and include aerial advertising, aerial application of fertilizers for agricultural uses, aerial mosquito control, and operation of parachute centers.
The proposal was published in the March 7, 2016 issue of New Jersey Register at 48 N.J.R. 405(a). The comment period ends on May 6, 2016.
