proposing amendments and new rules
on Charitable Solicitation on Roadways
(Trenton) - The New Jersey Department of Transportation is proposing notice of amendment and new rules at N.J.A.C. 16:40, Charitable Solicitation on Roadways. These rules describe the procedures by which charitable organizations can file applications to obtain permits to solicit contributions in State highway right-of-way.
The proposal was published in the April 4, 2016 issue of New Jersey Register at 48 N.J.R. 575(a). The comment period ends on June 3, 2016.
