proposing amendments on I Boat NJ Program

(Trenton) - The New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) is proposing notice of amendment at N.J.A.C. 16:63, I BOAT NJ Program. These rules establish the eligibility criteria and application procedures for the I BOAT NJ Program within the Office of Maritime Resources.

The proposal was published in the January 17, 2017 issue of New Jersey Register at 49 N.J.R. 184(a). The comment period ends on March 18, 2017.
