Department of Transportation Proposing Amendments to Roadside Sign Control & Outdoor Advertising Rules
(Trenton) - The New Jersey Department of Transportation (Department) is proposing notice of amendment at N.J.A.C. 16:41C, Roadside Sign Control and Outdoor Advertising. These rules control and regulate roadside signs and outdoor advertising, provide for the safety and convenience of the public, and the need to stimulate economic and commercial activity within the State of New Jersey.
The proposal was published in the July 17, 2017 issue of New Jersey Register at 49 N.J.R. 2187(a). It may be viewed on the Department’s rule proposals page.
The public may send in written comments by the close of the public comment period on September 15, 2017 via the Department’s website or via the following mail or email addresses:
