Department of Transportation Proposing Amendments to Tourist Oriented Directional Signs Program
(Trenton) - The New Jersey Department of Transportation is proposing notice of amendment at N.J.A.C. 16:41D, Tourist Oriented Directional Signs Program (TODS). The TODS program provides motorists with identification and directional information to eligible tourist-oriented businesses and activities located off the state highway system through official highway signs.
The proposal was published in the August 21, 2017 issue of New Jersey Register at 49 N.J.R. 2779(a). The comment period ends on October 20, 2017.
