Department of Transportation Amending
Licensing of Aeronautical Activities Rule
(Trenton) - The New Jersey Department of Transportation is issuing notice of amendment at N.J.A.C. 16:55. The purpose of these rules is to govern aeronautical activities required to be licensed in the State of New Jersey. Amendments are necessary to clarify provisions related to banner towing and to update contact information. New provisions have been added to provide information related to appeals and contested cases.
The proposal was published in the August 20, 2018 issue of New Jersey Register at 50 N.J.R. 1884(a). It may be viewed on the Department’s rule proposals page here.
