Department of Transportation Amending Licensing of Aeronautical Facilities Rule

(Trenton) -The New Jersey Department of Transportation is issuing notice of amendment at N.J.A.C. 16:54.  The purpose of these rules is to govern aeronautical facilities required to be licensed in the State of New Jersey. Amendments are necessary to reorganize and clarify text, delete unnecessary language and include contact information. New provisions have been added to provide information related to appeals and contested cases.

The proposal was published in the September 4, 2018 issue of New Jersey Register at 50 N.J.R. 1933(a). It may be viewed on the Department’s rule proposals page here.
