On April 30, 2021, Governor Murphy signed the Design-Build Construction Services Procurement Act (P.L. 2021, c. 71) into law. The Design-Build rules (N.J.A.C. 16:44B) were published in the January 16, 2024 issue of New Jersey Register at 56 N.J.R. 112(a).
