Public comments regarding the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) should be submitted through the Metropolitan Planning Organization's (MPO).

Residents of Burlington County, Camden County, Gloucester County, or Mercer County should submit comments to Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVPRC).
