Community Outreach

The New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) performed extensive community outreach regarding the Marlton Circle elimination project. NJDOT conducted several local outreach meetings with local and county officials in Evesham Township and Burlington County. Township residents and property owners were also informed of the proposed improvements during the design phase of the project. Public Information Centers were held on March 27, 2006 at the Evesham Township Municipal Building and on January 23, 2008 at the Lenape Regional Performing Arts Center at Cherokee High School in Evesham Township.

Additional coordination meetings will be held throughout the construction phase of the project. A local steering committee also will help keep the public informed of the project during its construction.
