A Public Hearing was held on October
7, 2009 to obtain public comments on
the application
completed by the Borough of Rutherford
with the New Jersey Department of Environmental
Protection, Green Acres Program, proposing
to divert 0.039 acres of land in connection
with construction of the New Jersey
Department of Transportation's (NJDOT)
Route 3 Passaic Crossing project. As
compensation for the proposed diversion,
the Borough of Rutherford proposes to
obtain a replacement parcel from NJDOT
to be used as Parkland. |
