Public Information Centers


The New Jersey Department of Transportation held informal Public Information Centers (PICs) concerning proposed noise barriers for the Route 3 at the Passaic River Crossing project. The PICs were held on October 12, 2004 in Clifton and October 13, 2004 in Rutherford.

After reviewing their citizens' responses to the noise wall questionnaires, a Resolution of Support for the noise walls was enacted by Clifton, Lyndhurst and Rutherford.
