Public Information Center


A Public Information Center (PIC) was held on September 22, 2008 which primarily focused on the proposed noise barriers. Photo simulations and noise contours at locations along Route 3 were made available to the attendees. Residents were given an informational brochure and a noise barrier questionnaire to fill out during the PIC or mail to the project team.
