When completed, the serpentine wall between Newell and Phelps Avenues will have a complete brick façade. Since the brick work is labor intensive and is being done through the winter, weather can become an issue. Brick can only be laid when the temperature is above freezing. Here you see workmen applying the brick façade under a tarp which keeps the weather out and the heat in. |
