Conti crews install the posts for a post and panel privacy wall which will shield the Raritan Gardens Apartment complex at Paulus Boulevard from the highway traffic and noise at the intersection of Routes 18 and 1. |

As the post for the post and panel wall are set into place, crews check to see that each one is plumb (properly set in a vertical fashion) which will assure that the pre-fabricated wall panels will slide into place easily. |
